Shipping policy

As all our items are made to order or personalized the timeframes to make and ship items varies. Please reach out to us if you have questions about the timeframe of a particular item.  You will receive notification once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.)

IMPORTANT  If you do not hear back from us about your order please send us a message.  Unfortunately, some customers orders are going directly to SPAM thru Shopify due to dishonest scammers.
